    District Administration Room Reservation

  • Please complete this form to request the use one of the meeting rooms in the Administration building.  This form should be completed 48 hours prior to the requested time to be used.  The building will not open earlier than 7:30 a.m. Monday - Friday. 

  • When using the Board room or Executive Session room, the following is not permitted:

    1. No Drinks other than water
    2. No Food
    3. Nothing can be attached to the walls or glass including poster paper or post-it notes
    4. All furniture must be returned to its original position before leaving

     

  • When using the Conference room, the following is not permitted:

    1. Nothing can be attached to the walls or glass including poster paper or post-it notes
    2. All furniture must be returned to its original position before leaving including pushing all chairs back under the table
    3. Coffee supplies must be provided by requestor prior to event. (A traditional coffee pot/maker is provided)
    4. Dry erase board will be provided, however all makers/erasers must be provided by requestor.  Board must be cleaned upon the end of the event/meeting
    5. All supplies must be provided or prepared by the requestor before the event/meeting including copies, pens, pencils and stationery
    6. If food is provided during this meeting/event, please bag and tie up any and all trash before leaving
